Abstract
The article deals with approaches to the evaluation of the efficiency of vocational education. In the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan problem of evaluating the efficiency of vocational and technical college is one of the topical because it is seen as part of an information base upgrades respective education systems. Despite international experience in different countries approaches to evaluating the effectiveness varied and different oriented monitoring results (evaluation of professional training in the Republic of Kazakhstan, is only the final result of the evaluation of the educational process, evaluation of current and final results of the vocational education institution in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation). As the trend can determine the creation of special government agencies that assess the quality of education at the national and regional levels (Kazakhstan), and the introduction of the Russian Federation national and regional systems of education quality evaluation. In the Republic of Belarus with the evaluation of "traditional" performance of institutions of vocational education (contingent, material resources, staffing, etc.) is evaluated its educational effectiveness. Promising technique integrated performance measurement institutions of vocational education ("traditional" indicators plus the effectiveness of educational work) should build on the basis of competence approach.
