Abstract

The article describes the prerequisites, tools, ways to improve the economic and managerial training of directors (directors of secondary, vocational and higher education institutions). The authors describe the formation of the internal economic environment, identify the main barriers and opportunities for economic, managerial work. Suggested innovative methods for economic education and business modeling in an educational institution.
