Abstract

The collection presents abstracts of Scientific Reports of the Round Table "modern psychological requirements for a textbook for a new Ukrainian school", which was held on November 24, 2020 at the G. S. Kostyuk Institute of psychology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. The collection highlights psychological approaches to the creation and construction of a modern textbook, expert analysis of the quality of its content and structural components. Ways to implement the achievements and innovative approaches of psychological and pedagogical science to a modern educational book are proposed. From the point of view of the textbook's developmental potential, the issues of its educational, formative and educational capabilities were considered. Special attention was paid to the importance of establishing effective interaction in the teacher – student – textbook system. The presented scientific developments of researchers will be useful for psychologists and teachers, both scientists and practitioners, and anyone interested in the problems of modern developmental education. The materials are published in the author's editorial office.
