Abstract

The assertion of Ukraine as an independent modern democratic state necessitated the creation of its own national space and scientific schools, as well as the destruction of the scientific spaces of the former Soviet republics. Since 1991, the innovative and constructive stage of the creation of a new scientific management school at the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (NAPN) has been launched on the basis of the laboratory of management of educational institutions and the acquired preliminary work of the internal administrative command department of the Soviet era and calls and requests of time.
