Abstract

2016-2017 academic year is the year of the beginning of the systemic reform of education, initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, grounded by domestic scholars. Such a reform is conditioned by urgent needs of pedagogical practice and a social request for the formation of a personality of a new age. The constituent changes are the updating of the content of education, including the education of children with hearing impairments.
