Abstract

The paper pointed out that the development of educational measurement tools and research to monitor the quality of education in Norway is engaged in special purpose entity – Norwegian Centre for ICT in education. Draw attention to the principles of online tools for self-assessment by administrators of secondary schools own level of digital competence.
