Abstract

In post-war reconstruction, Ukraine has to solve a significant amount of problems, including acute environmental problems: overcoming the consequences of military operations, environmental pollution, waste disposal, etc. To a large extent it is refers to construction as a source of pollution and an industry capable of solving significant problems through new technical and technological solutions.
