Abstract
The program for the development of children of early and preschool age with hearing impairments was developed in accordance with modern world and national educational trends and consists of three sections that represent the most relevant components of work with preschoolers with hearing impairments. The introduction of materials will contribute to the improvement of the quality of preschool education of children with hearing impairments, will help teachers to create a favorable educational environment aimed at preventing the occurrence of secondary, tertiary, etc. difficulties through the implementation of support and communication technologies. Addressed to teachers of preschool education institutions, specialists (consultants) of inclusive resource centers, early intervention centers, parents of children with hearing impairments, methodical workers.
