Abstract
The educational and methodological manual presents the peculiarities of development, training and education of children with hearing impairments of early and preschool age; methodical recommendations on the organization of a preventive and developmental environment that contribute to ensuring the individual needs of the child in the conditions of the educational institution and at home. Addressed to teachers of preschool education institutions, specialists (consultants) of inclusive resource centers, early intervention centers, methodical workers, students of pedagogical universities, parents of children with hearing impairments.
