Abstract

The standard educational program for improving the qualifications of pedagogical workers of out-of-school educational institutions was developed in accordance with the modern state educational policy regarding the implementation of inclusive education and the requirements of the New Ukrainian School, the strategy of reforming out-of-school education. The urgency lies in the need to prepare the teaching staff of out-of-school educational institutions to work in an inclusive educational environment in the context of the modern understanding of inclusion, changes in Ukrainian legislation, and the state's fulfillment of major international obligations.
