Abstract

A theoretically grounded conceptual model of the system of state-public management of a general secondary education institution on the basis of subject of partnership interaction was introduced into the postgraduate pedagogical system of education of the Cherkasy region, in particular, at courses to improve the qualifications of directors of educational institutions I-III degrees, their deputies during 2021-2023.
