Abstract

Introduction. The effectiveness and productivity of modern organizations in the field of creative industries, depends on their employees, in particular, employees' psychological readiness to overcome the challenges faced by organizations, as well as to develop professionally and build a career. This involves studying the level of development of the main components of employees' psychological readiness for career making, among which the value-motivational component occupies a prominent place. Aim. To find out empirically the features of the value-motivational component of the employees' psychological readiness for career making of workers in the sphere of creative industries. Methods. The data were collected and processed using various diagnostic tools and a questionnaire-passport in the form of Google Forms. Results. The authors describe the essence of the value-motivational component of the psychological readiness for career making in creative industries, analyze the levels of development of its components (career values and career motivation) and the relationship between the value-motivational component and its general indicator and its micro-level (characteristics of employees), meso-level (characteristics of the organization) and macro-level (characteristics of society) factors. Conclusions. The findings reflect the peculiarities of the development of the value-motivational component of employees' psychological readiness for career making in creative industries, in particular, in war conditions, which will be useful in career management, both for the employees themselves and for management staff.
