Abstract

The process of reconstruction after military operations on the territory of the country has a complex and ambiguous character, as it is connected not only with foreign debts, the economic condition of the country, the reintegration of territories and a number of political aspects. It is about restoring what citizens had, that sense of security, availability of opportunities, emotions, behavior that were possible during peacetime. During the war period, personal frameworks, vision of oneself and others, motivation, regulation and will changed radically. New emotions that could not be controlled, but had to be "lived", experienced and mastered, which were hidden, held back somewhere deep inside every adult. Children, on the other hand, received help from specialists, but were emotionally destroyed when they found themselves in families that were experiencing the burden of war without outside help. From yes, traumatized adults and no less destroyed children's destinies need restoration, answers to a number of questions and accurate orientation of how everything will develop in the future. Nowadays, many psychological states need to be settled, to understand what happened to the personality as a whole during this period of the war, what changes took place: are there any positive gains, or do atypical formations prevail in the personality structure.
