Abstract

The article provides recommendations for psychological support of the family to change the emotional, mental and physical stress in an unstable world (caused by hostilities) in children with special educational needs and their parents, namely: the direction of adults' own actions in crisis situations are outlined; various techniques and exercises are described that allow a person to quickly regain resistance in stressful situations and to restore his psycho-emotional balance.
