Abstract

The publication examines language education as a social, state and personal value. The importance of the task of establishing the Ukrainian language as an element is emphasized national security and linguistic integrator of the entire Ukrainian society. The transformation of the goals of the initial course of the Ukrainian language in educational institutions with teaching in the languages ​​of national communities is analyzed.
