Abstract

The relevance of the article is determined by the acuteness of the problem of environmental pollution, especially from the side of the construction sector, which appears both in Ukraine and in the global dimension. One of the directions for solving this problem is the implementation of green construction, which involves the use of environmentally friendly materials, innovative waste-free and low-waste technologies, alternative energy sources, waste disposal, etc. This requires new, environmentally oriented approaches in the preparation of qualified workers. professional personnel for the construction industry, in particular, tilers. Purpose: on the basis of the global and domestic experience of green construction, to investigate the problems of training tilers in Ukraine using eco-oriented technologies, to develop recommendations for improving the process of introducing these technologies into curricula and programs. Methods: analysis of domestic and foreign sources on environmental education and green construction, empirical study of the practice of applying eco-technologies by tilers in Ukraine. Results: the essence of eco-oriented professional training was revealed, foreign and domestic experience in green construction was analyzed; eco-oriented technologies for facing-ply-pointers are considered; the main environmental requirements for building materials and technologies for performing facing works are revealed; appropriate recommendations on the use of eco-oriented technologies in the professional training of future tilers have been prepared. Conclusions: eco-oriented professional training should become an integral part of the professional competence of tilers, making adjustments to both the content and training methods. Thus, environmentally friendly waterproofing membrane materials are used when performing facing works; powerful construction companies appeared, conducting eco-certification of their products; the use of mastics and glues based on dry construction mixes reduces construction waste and, as a result, soil pollution at the construction site; accurate laser control and measuring devices are increasingly used when performing facing works. Thus, when training tilers, attention should be paid to the study of new green technologies. The importance of the development of normative legal acts on eco-certification of construction materials and work performance technologies, and in the future - also of buildings, is substantiated. It is recommended to revise the State Standard of Vocational Education for the profession of tiler-facer, taking into account ecological requirements, and teachers of vocational education institutions to pay special attention to the formation of environmental competence in future tiler-facer
