Abstract

This article draws attention to the need to improve standards of support for different categories of children with special educational needs (SEN) in the process of their inclusive education. Emphasis is placed on the impracticality of forcing the latter with understated current standards and the problematic nature of their increase due to financial constraints in the conditions of the war and post-war reconstruction. Instead, the expansion of the network of special classes in institutions of general secondary education is advocated.
