Abstract

The abstracts of the report presented at the VI All-Ukrainian scientific conference with international participation "Actual problems of the psychology of small groups in the conditions of war and post-war times" on May 16, 2023 in the city of Kyiv analyze the specifics of playback theatre in closed small groups, the consideration of which will increase the quality interactions during such performances and their artistic and psychological potential. The reasons for the increased duration and special delicacy of the first stage of playback-theatrical interaction are shown. A feature of transformations of group dynamics in closed small groups is not the emergence or establishment of new connections and relationships, but primarily the visualization of already existing ones within the group, which leads to their reconfiguration (narrative reticulation) in the direction of greater consideration of the experiences of individual group members, understanding and acceptance of motives behavior, humanization, improvement of the social and psychological climate in general, as well as unity based on informally reflected values. The possible socio-psychological effects resulting from the studied established features of the audience, such as deindividualization, following (imitation), conformism, are briefly described, which should be considered when creatively combining with the principles, stages and tasks of playback theatre.
