Abstract

The presentation of the report, which took place on October 5, 2023, at the seminar "Information and digital technologies for evaluating the effectiveness of pedagogical research", organized by employees of the Department of open educational and scientific information systems of the Institute for Digitalization of Education of the NAЕS of Ukraine for scientific and pedagogical staff and graduate students, contains concepts, tasks, opportunities, approaches, stages and methods of web analytics. The use of the Google Analytics service and the principles of Google Analytics 4 were analyzed. The monitoring of the use of the web resource "Digital Library of the NAES of Ukraine" with the help of the Google Analytics 4 service was considered. It was concluded that the Google Analytics information and analytical system is an auxiliary tool for supporting and evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical of research.
