Abstract

The article examines the current problems and features of inclusive education at the modern stage. The significant role of teachers in the development of an inclusive school is determined. The relevance of the question regarding the need for further study of the experience and the place of modern technologies of inclusive education in the educational process is substantiated. The author proved that the creation of an effective inclusive educational environment in a modern elementary school depends on the level of professional ability of teachers to realize the set goals in practical activities. It is noted that the coordination of the educational process in accordance with the recommendations and instructions of the organization and the implementation of inclusive education in the conditions of the current martial law is necessary. A set of interrelated factors aimed at improving and modernizing the development of inclusive education in Ukraine is singled out. On the example of an elementary school, the patterns and significance of this problem are shown, taking into account modern realities. The areas of improvement of the system of training future primary school teachers for professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education have been determined. The article describes and discloses the principles of work of the team of psychological and pedagogical support, which is formed for each child with special educational needs. Productivity of joint education and upbringing of healthy peers and children with special educational needs is the result of special training of psychological and pedagogical personnel. It is recognized that in the conditions of inclusive education, every child, regardless of physical or psychological characteristics, is provided with the right to education and self-realization through the comprehensive assistance of highly qualified specialists, which is especially important at this stage.
