Abstract

The collection consists of two parts. In the first part, programs for improving the qualifications of teachers, psychological service workers in the education system, and social workers in the post-graduate pedagogical education system are presented. The programs are aimed at forming general and professional competencies in the field of diagnosis and analysis of socio-psychological problems related to the challenges of the infodemic and martial law conditions, using media psychological innovations; for the provision of personal assistance in an educational institution of any type with the aim of creating a health-preserving environment and improving the quality of education in Ukraine; on the formation of readiness to organize the educational process in view of the challenges of the information society of the war and post-war times. The second part contains programs for extracurricular education (programs for children), supplemented with materials of modern theoretical developments on the problems of media psychology and cyber psychology, media education and media culture. The implementation of educational programs will have a positive social effect: it will contribute to the development of media culture, professional and civic self-determination of young people, health preservation in stressful situations caused by media influences and life circumstances of students of educational institutions of all levels in war conditions. Addressed to teachers of higher education institutions, educational institutions, media pedagogues, psychologists, social pedagogues, teachers of educational institutions of all levels. It can be useful for students of pedagogical and psychological specialties, all interested users.
