Abstract
The guide deals with topical issues of education and training of preschoolers with visual impairments. The features of the development of children with visual impairments, the organization of corrective classes, various aspects of corrective and developmental work with children during classes, the creation of conditions for the development of children with visual impairments, social and psychological adaptation of a visually impaired child, and personal development are revealed. The methodical manual is addressed to typhlopedagogues and educators in special preschool educational institutions for children with visual impairments, and can also be used in the system of training and postgraduate education of employees of these institutions.
