Abstract

The peculiarities of distance learning of children with cognitive development disorders in the conditions of the war caused by Russia's aggression against Ukraine are considered. Problematic points in the organization of distance learning have been identified, as well as a number of obstacles in ensuring the quality of education and effective access to education for such a child in the conditions of a distance regime.
