Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of development and application of eco-oriented pedagogical technologies in the professional training of future skilled workers. As is known, іn modern conditions, environmental education acts as an adaptive factor of person to changing environmental conditions, which is based on historical interaction with natural world, ensuring harmonious coexistence with the environment and is expressed in scientific knowledge, methods of practical assimilation of moral norms, value orientations and cultural traditions. The priority factors in the content of eco-oriented pedagogical technologies for the professional training of future skilled workers are: taking into account the environmentally oriented content of educational material for their training, feasibility of enriching the value-motivational and cognitive components of the personality of the future specialist, which create the prerequisites for the effective implementation of professional training. That is, the design of their content is based on the content of the environmental component of these structural components in the context of the criteria for the quality of professional education, which becomes quite sharp in the competitiveness of future specialists. According to the Concept development and application of eco-oriented pedagogical technologies, professional training of future skilled workers is carried out purposefully, with the implementation of its environmentally oriented content, which creates conditions for the formation of their holistic view of the future profession, a conscious and responsible attitude towards it. That is, the content of the professional training of future skilled workers is a logical, ordered, pedagogically justified system of knowledge, skills, professionally important qualities, orientations, values, the mastery of which is ensured by the results of mastering the educational and professional program. The state of application of eco-oriented pedagogical technologies in vocational education institutions is considered. The organization, process and results of the ascertaining stage of the experiment are highlighted. The obtained data were summarized.
