Abstract

In the conditions of the modern development of special education in Ukraine, the search for ways and means of improving the professional training of teachers for working with children with special educational needs is intensified. The number of such children is constantly increasing, and the war that continues on our territory contributes to this. In this case, the use of rehabilitation and correctional technologies becomes a necessary condition of activity in general educational institutions, in particular, and primarily, preschool ones. This is due to the fact that the traditional general pedagogical training of specialists in institutions of higher education is not enough for effective work with children who have various developmental disabilities. Today, specially trained preschool education specialists are needed to work in the conditions of inclusion.

Зокрема, розкриті питання складових інклюзивного середовища закладу освіти; організації освітнього процесу в умовах пандемії для здобувачів освіти із особливими освітніми потребами; інклюзивної компетентності педагогів нового покоління; ресурсного аспекту системи інклюзивної освіти; методики організації навчання в умовах інклюзії; управління закладом освіти з інклюзивною формою навчання; інституційного аудиту та стратегування інклюзивного розвитку закладу освіти; медичного, психологопедагогічного та корекційно-реабілітаційного супроводу здобувачів освіти; командної роботи з організації інклюзивного едукаційного процесу; універсального дизайну та інженерного забезпечення функціонування інклюзивного закладу освіти; взаємодії соціальних та державних інституцій у реалізації інклюзії в освітній сфері; нормативноправових засад інклюзивного освітнього процесу; світового досвіду упровадження принципів інклюзії в освітню галузь.
