Abstract

The article is devoted to the justification of the principle of openness in management of an out-of-school education institution to ensure the quality of the educational process in conditions of increased modern risks. The analysis of scientific sources, the practice of managerial work in a multidisciplinary institution of extracurricular education provides the opportunity to reveal this principle from the positions of systemic and environmental approaches, and based on the fact that openness itself is a synergistic concept - from the positions of a synergistic approach. Examining the management process in an out-of-school education institution taking into account the doctrine of human relations, the author focuses attention on the study of various dimensions of the "openness" phenomenon - historical, psychological, and socially determined. It is argued that in the modern period of rethinking and transformation of the management system of an out-of-school education institution, the decisive factor for its functioning is the departure from the "boundaries" of one institution and one team, the presence of broad cooperation.
