Abstract

The Concept of a Model of multilingual Education in Institutions of general secondary Education with the Teaching of the Languages of indigenous Peoples and national Minorities taking into account the Tasks of the European Integration of Ukraine, is a methodological basis for the creation of scientific and methodological support for the process of forming the multilingual competence of male and female students as an important factor in their effective activity in the conditions of modern multilingual and multicultural world. The Concept presents a Model of multilingual Education in general secondary Education institutions of Ukraine with the Teaching of the Languages of indigenous Peoples and national Minorities; its components are characterized; the scientific and methodological principles of its implementation are determined; possible risks of using the model and ways to overcome them are analyzed. The Concept is intended for representatives of the pedagogical community: scientists, managers, methodologists and teachers of general secondary education institutions, teachers of higher education institutions, students of pedagogical and philological faculties of higher education institutions and all those interested in the problems of introducing multilingual Education in Ukraine.
