Abstract
The problem of rehabilitation of children with hearing aids with cochlear implants at the current stage is considered. The main aspects of detecting hearing impairment of varying degrees, providing early aid and the modern method of hearing prosthesis — cochlear implantation — are covered. The main indicators of hearing development in a child after cochlear implantation and the importance of a complex approach in rehabilitation are revealed. Emphasis is placed on the importance and necessity of training specialists for the rehabilitation of such children, the introduction into the educational process of corrective programs for the development of hearing and speech perception after cochlear implantation, the development of methodological recommendations for specialists and parents, the literature of educational and rehabilitation direction.
