Abstract
Today, with constant changes, the state of war in Ukraine and the struggle for the freedom, independence and security of the present and future of our people, a number of state-building processes in Ukraine, changes in the social status of the population, transformations are also taking place in the educational sphere. This is marked by a change in the form of education from face-to-face (offline) to distance learning (online), adjustment of the teaching mode to martial law (teaching only in moments without an alarm, i.e. when the sound of sirens did not warn about evacuation to a safe place) and an increase in the number of children with special educational needs needs that are characterized by problems of psychological adaptation, caused by the peculiarities of the psychophysical and social situation of development. Maladaptation, which now accompanies almost all children, contributes to the formation of deviant behavior, which leads to an increase in crime and inferior integration of minors into society (as it is now, it will be a consequence of the post-war period).
