Abstract
The comprehensive program for the development of a child with visual impairments of older preschool age "Effective Palms" is based on the Basic Component of Preschool Education (State Standard of Preschool Education) from 2021 and is based on the values and basic principles specified therein. According to this program, children with visual impairments must develop mandatory key competencies that will continue in the educational process of primary school and throughout life. The program was developed taking into account the main principle - children with visual impairments develop according to the same patterns and laws of age changes as normal children. The program can be used by families in which preschoolers with visual impairments are growing up, teachers of preschool education institutions, special psychologists, students of relevant specialties, etc.
