Abstract

The guide presents the results of a scientific study of socio-psychological assistance (support) of persons injured as a result of trauma from military operations and the COVID-19 pandemic. The general concept, methodological and methodical principles of socio-psychological assistance of citizens during the transition from war to peace have been developed, and a complex model of its optimization has been proposed, taking into account the regularities of post-traumatic life-creation. The features and conditions of the effectiveness of maintaining the psychological well-being of the population on a remote basis are determined, psychological support modules in electronic communities are proposed. The experience of socio-psychological assistance of veterans, volunteers and their family members, internally displaced persons is summarized and ways of restoring emotional stability and communication abilities of the individual are proposed. Strategies for facilitating post-traumatic personality growth, a system of practices for socio-psychological assistance of a personality who has experienced a loss are presented. The potential of using art therapy methods (museum, playback theatre) at various stages of socio-psychological assistance of the personality is considered. It is addressed to practical, clinical, military psychologists, rehabilitators, social and medical workers, students and teachers of psychological specialties.
