Abstract

Preschool education in Ukraine, as in many European countries, is now recognized as a priority area in the education system. In particular, special attention needs to be paid to the issue of preschool education of children with special needs, which is determined by: defining preschool education as an integral part of the general system that should form the basis of future personality, promote self-development and self-realization;modern approaches to the organization of work with children with special needs, which provides the earliest (from the first months of life) detection of psychophysical development and the maximum reduction of the time between the establishment of the disorder and the beginning of comprehensive medical, psychological and pedagogical care; actualization of the problem of preparation for schooling of children of this category in connection with the transition of the primary level to the new content of education. The textbook outlines how to effectively implement these approaches in special and inclusive learning settings; what technologies, methods, techniques, forms of work, exercises and under what conditions provide quality preschool education for children with hearing impairments, as well as the approximate content of preschool training in the main areas. The manual is addressed to teachers of preschool education with special and inclusive forms of education; training and rehabilitation and inclusive resource centers; early intervention centers; students of pedagogical specialties.
