Abstract

This article discusses the issue of emotional development features of the child at the stage of preschool childhood and highlights its importance in the formation of a preschool child as a person. Much attention is given to the unity of such strong regulators of the child's behavior as motives and emotions.The emotional-volitional area of the preschool child is characterized by: the complication of the emotional sphere content; impressions of emotions and feelings; formation of the general emotional background of the child's mental life; changing the expressive side of the emotions and feelings of the child-preschooler. In this age, the "language" of feelings is learned. With the help of looks, signs, facial expressions, smiles, poses, movements, voice intonations, children express their feelings. The preschooler can explain his condition with the help of words; gradually mastering the ability to hold back the violent and sharp expression of feelings, understanding how to behave in a particular situation. Will appears in the child.The most powerful and the most important source of a preschool age child’s experiences is his/her relationship with other people is outlined. The author argues that for a normal mental development and life of a preschool child, there is an emotional well-being that depends on many external and internal factors. The issue concerning on the emotional disturbances in preschool age. Forms of child behavior with depressive states in communication with peers are described. Different types of behavior for preschoolers with emotional distress associated with communication difficulties are found out: unbalanced, easily excitable; mostly "easy to brake" with a stable negative attitude to communication; children whose emotional distress is a consequence of individual peculiarities, specifics of their inner world. In preschoolers, the system of emotions and feelings is still forming. Therefore, it is so important at this age to lay the foundations of positive emotions and feelings, which occupy an important place in the mental development of the child, in preparing for school.
