Abstract
The workshop corresponds to the biology curriculum. Instructions for performing biology research for 6th grade students are presented. Examples of tasks for the development of critical and creative thinking are given. Рractical works in biology helps students in making accurate observation, devising, hypothesizing, finding the reasons for results, planning control, make а judgment.
