Abstract

The monograph reveals the need for appropriate changes in of vocational education, finding adequate economic and financial tools, creating an innovative management system based on praxeological principles, which will ensure effective action in increasing and effective use of educational resources . It is about the essence of competitiveness as a socio-economic phenomenon. The analysis of scientific investigations on quality management of training of competitive specialists in domestic and foreign vocational education institutions is carried out. The publication is addressed to undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral students, students of advanced training courses of institutions and establishments of professional (vocational), professional higher education, scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers of scientific institutions and institutions of higher education.
