Abstract

In the theses it was established that at the beginning of Ukraine’s independence, the special education was represented by the eighth types of special institutions: for children with hearing impairments, hard of hearing, visually impaired, visually impaired, severe speech impairment, with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, for rosum-shaped steel, mental retardation.
