Abstract

We live in the 21st century, in which the fields of e-learning, e-Skills, e-democracy, e-Government are evolving at a rapid pace, which requires conceptual changes in the approaches, structure and content of the domestic general secondary education and determines the need for a qualitative updating of the learning process based on the use of the Internet, environments for collaboration and use of computer simulation.
