Abstract

The article briefly highlights the factors of origin of ASD: genetic, neurophysiological and social. It emphasizesdefiningrole of genetic factors in genesis of autism. It explainsthe importance of serious disturbances in development of the brain of children with ASD and explores the modern hypothesis of autism as a complex disorder. The article also highlight the assumption that the key aspects of ASD are generated by various reasons, which often actsimultaneously.
