Abstract

The thesis covers the topic of formation of lexical competence of students 5-7 classes in the process of studying lexicology. Effective methods are distinguished (theoretical, theoretical-practical, practical (depending on the patterns of assimilation of the language); informational-receptive (explanatory and illustrative); reproductive, productive, problem-oriented, partly-search (heuristic), research, reflection method, interactive methods); receptions and organizational forms of work that will ensure the active assimilation of lexemes, sustainable skills of expedient use, taking into account the style, type and situation of broadcasting.
