Abstract

Speaking about the teacher's tiflocompetence, we mean awareness of the features of building the educational process of blind children and with visual impairment, where the key aspect is the prevailing perception: the visual impediment - in children with visual impairment and audiopne and kinesthetic - in the blind. According to visual features, in the educational environment children will need different strategies of psychological and pedagogical support. So, knowing the visual diagnosis and especially the sensory perception of the child, the teacher will be able to correctly select the strategy of individual support for the child.
