Abstract
The promising way to increase the level of organization of the educational process in a pedagogical educational institution is to provide wider involvement of cloud-based tools and technologies into the practice of the scientific and educational community. Among them there are the international scientific information and educational networks and research infrastructures; the various types of ICT outsourcing tools on the basis of both a corporate and a public cloud that will promote the development of international cooperation, greater openness of scientific research, deepening their interconnections with production etc.
