Abstract

The article substantiates the need for the development of computer oriented learning environment for post-graduate teacher education. At the theoretical level, the analysis of the following areas of research, such as: dialectic theory of personality development, philosophy of education, pedagogy, adult learning environment institution of postgraduate education, e-learning – that is the basis of computer oriented learning environment for post-graduate teacher education. Distinguished general and specific methodological approaches to the development of computer oriented learning environment for post-graduate teacher education.
