Abstract

The article analyzes theoretical and practical contribution of Ukrainian and Polish scientists Vasyl Sukhomlynsky and Tadeush Novatsky to the pedagogics of labour. The author grounds common and distinctive features researching essence and contents of the notion “labour”; outlines possibilities of educational impact of labour on the development of personality.
