Abstract

The preconditions of becoming and development of intra-training for staff in the theory and practice of European, American and Japanese management were analysed. In particular, in the European management prerequisites can be considered as the analyse of spiritual roots of entrepreneurship and labor ethics, theory of rationalization of labor action and bureaucratization of enterprise (M.Weber), the theory of stable staff and consideration of individual psychological characteristics of managers (A. Faiol), the concept of harmonization and cross-cutting control (K. Adametskii) school of "human relationships" and a program of psychological study of occupations (G. Myunsterberh). In the American management – "school of scientific management», the foundations of the concept of "economic man" and introducing the concept of the "human factor" (F. Taylor), the concept of the right career choice and psychologization of management (F. and L. Dzhilbret) "system expediency" (G. Emerson), an offshoot of industrial sociology and social psychologists, putting the concepts of "informal group", "group cohesion", "favorable atmosphere in the workplace", "employee satisfaction with their work" (E. Mayo). In theory and practice of Japanese management (M. Dzэdzy, A. Morito, J. Olston, etc.) the prerequisites of a formation of the system of intra-training for staff were quality circles, mentoring ("minaray") lifetime employment, corporate culture ("wa").
