Abstract
The article considers the levels of educational organization employees’ affiliation. The author investigates the impact of organizational-professional and social-demographic factors on the respondents’ affiliation levels. Correlations between the organizational-professional and social-demographic determinants and affiliation levels of employees of educational organizations at different levels of organizational development are analyzed.
