Abstract

This article presents a theoretical analysis of the typologies of organizational culture. Based on her own classification the author identified the following four typologies of organizational culture: the typology based on the national, state, and ethnic characteristics of organizations; the typology based on the organizations’ specializations; the typology based on the general characteristics of the organization and of its management system; and the typology based on the characteristics of staff interactions in organizations.
