Abstract

The aim of our research is to develop a system of measures for connecting special secondary schools ( for children with hearing impairments ) to the centers of distance education and its use in the educational process. We proposed a draft of the measures in special secondary schools ( for children with hearing impairments ) to connect to RTSDO and develop guidelines for teachers of special secondary schools ( for children with hearing impairments ) on the use of a network of resource centers for Distance Education .
