Abstract

The article considers the problem of the use of Internet technology as a tool of communicative competence of personnel of customs authorities, includes the analysis of contemporary scientific literature about the nature of the concepts of "distance learning", "e-learning", "open education". The author describes the technologies and methods of distance learning.
