Abstract

Currently, because of the opportunities the Internet access of any information hardly limited (either in space or in time). Teens and their parents most of the free time spend on computers. But, most often, find useful information skills and those in other not formed. Because of this, it is necessary to inform children, teachers and parents with helpful resources non-school institutions. That will help a teen to self-interest, will contribute to their formation as a person.
