Abstract

The problem of competence in the time-spaced dimensions, in a context of which the problem of individual competence must be considered and solved is actualized in this article. The concept of collective competence is formulated and the evaluative measures of competence are proposed. The aspects of public and general civilizational contexts are defined. They require a systematic coverage in the research as crucial facts of influence on forming an ideological competence and demand for a real competence.
